February, 2026
Our church has joined 30 other faith-based organizations in signing an amicus curaie (friend of the court) brief which defends our nation’s asylum laws. The case is now, Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security v. Al Otro Lado. Oral arguments are scheduled for March 24, 2026, the Court’s decision is expected in June.
